CORE

Core & tooling review

The wheel core, mounting interface and tooling requirements are reviewed against the agreed drawing. Customer-supplied cores can be discussed as part of the order.

CAST

Polyurethane casting

The polyurethane requirements and production reference are confirmed for the wheel. 95 Shore A is our commonly produced wheel hardness.

FINISH

Finishing to the reference

Wheel dimensions and profile follow the agreed manufacturing requirements. Critical bore, face and tread dimensions are identified during the review.

PACK

Inspection & packing

Inspection points, records, handling and packing requirements are agreed for the order before shipment.
