Practical answers

A few details.
A clearer start.

Can you manufacture from my drawing or sample?

Yes. We manufacture to customer requirements. Send the drawing or sample details so dimensions, structure and production requirements can be reviewed before manufacture.

Is 95 Shore A the only hardness available?

95 Shore A is our commonly produced wheel hardness. If you need a different hardness, include the requirement and application for assessment before quotation.

What if I do not know every dimension?

Send clear photos of both sides, the tread and mounting structure, along with any available measurements. A physical sample can be discussed if more information is needed.

How are quantities, tooling and lead times confirmed?

These are reviewed for each project, based on the wheel structure, existing tooling, required quantity and production schedule. Sample and batch terms are confirmed in the quotation.
